2Our first trip to the State Competition went pretty well. We could not climb the ramp at all, due to our9 inefficient drivetrain. Our lifting and launching subsystem was not very consistent at all, if it was even functional. We only used it in one match and missed the one ball that we tried to score. For most of the matches, our gameplay consisted of moving rolling goals around, opening up the center goal, and playing defense for our alliance.

After the qualifying rounds, we finished 8th out of about twenty robots. We were the last pick by the third place alliance after their preferred last pick declined their offer. We lost in the second match of the semifinals, but we accidentally caused an opposing robot to flip over in autonomous which caused them to suffer some damage to their lifting mechanism. In the finals matches their lift system broke, and we can only assume that it was because we made them flip over.
